Bring REC to Campus

Looking for a Responsible Investment Speaker? REC can help!

Looking for a speaker on responsible investment or organizing? A REC staff member, board member, or expert partner can come and speak with your group in a formal or informal setting, large or small, could be significantly beneficial to your responsible investment campaign or initiative – and we’d love to visit! In the past, REC staff have presented at a diversity of events, including teach-ins; panels with faculty, administrators, and other experts; information sessions; conversations with administrators, or major other stakeholders; and small, informal conversations with student clubs or campaign organizers. Email us at for more information.

What are people saying about REC's speakers?

>>> The presentation by REC engaged Pratt students in a high level conversation about the relationship between the energy sector and Wall Street . . . I think it is important to be able to go deep with new information while keeping it tangible and digestible and REC achieved this! - Aaron Nininger, Pratt Institute, class of 2016

>>> REC's presentations helped us understand the importance of having an organized campaign strategy with measurable tactics and goals. Working with REC has given our campaign at Mount Holyoke a level of depth and nuance that we would not otherwise have. Bringing a speaker to campus with significant organizing experience enhanced our campus group's confidence in effective campaign organizing. It helped us connect to a source of invaluable support, opportunity for skill-building, and specific knowledge that has strengthened our ability to sustain our campaign for the long term. - Julia Worcester & Daphne Change, Mt. Holyoke College, class of 2017
