In 2002, as an undergraduate at Swarthmore College, Morgan led the filing of the first student-led shareholder resolution since the apartheid era, successfully convincing Lockheed Martin to add sexual orientation to its non-discrimination policy and give domestic partner benefits. She has also led similarly successful efforts at FedEx, Dover and Masco. Her work has been followed by FoxNews, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and other media, and she has led trainings on responsible investing for students across the country.
Morgan has extensive experience in international and community development. She was the co-founder of Girls Action Initiative, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Philadelphia that provided mentorship for middle-school girls. Working with the United Nations Development Project in Honduras, and local organizations in Mexico and Sierra Leone, she has contributed to HIV/AIDS and environmental research and outreach. She has also worked in corporate reform from two very different angles: at Women's Initiative for Self Employment, helping low-income women start small businesses, and also as part of ForestEthics' Corporate Action Program, which works to improve the environmental policies of large corporations. Carole Bernard manages the development and communications activities for REC, working to ensure that REC has the support it needs to do its work, as well increasing awareness about REC's mission and its accomplishments with universities and colleges nationwide. Carole Bernard has more than 12 years of nonprofit management experience with organizations such as the National Research Center for Women and Families, the National Minority AIDS Council and the Enterprise Foundation. Carole has served as a communications director and managed branding campaigns, developed media and web strategies and communications plans, coordinated fundraising events, and educational and informational efforts to increase awareness. She graduated cum laude from Framingham State College with a BA in Political Science and she received her MS in Journalism from Boston University. Cheyenna Weber is the Organizing Director for the Responsible Endowments Coalition, supporting students in bringing responsible investing to their social and environmental justice campaigns.Based in NYC, and originally from rural West Virginia, Cheyenna began organizing in Appalachia, especially around the campaign against mountaintop removal mining. She was a lead organizer with the WV Economic Justice Coalition while pursuing a B.A. in History and English at West Virginia University. She has also served as a regional organizer for United Students Against Sweatshops and a community leader in the anti-war movement. After college she headed to grad school to study history, and taught for two years in community colleges in NYC.  Kassidy Johnson, HBCU Organizer
Kassidy Johnson worked as a National Campus Organizer with the Feminist Majority Foundation (FMF) in Arlington, VA, organizing in the Deep South region as well as on the campuses of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). A graduate of an HBCU, North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, she obtained a degree in mass communications and
journalism. While with FMF, Kassidy has coordinated several women's conferences, including FMF's first women of color conference hosted on the campus of Bennett College. Before FMF, Kassidy worked for Fleishman Hillard International Communications in Los Angeles, CA
doing corporate communications for private companies. She writes and co-manages N-Touch News, an urban entertaining and enlightening
publication and website. She has also worked as Event & Media Coordinator for the Historically Black College University Newspaper
Conference in February 2006, as well as public relations assistant for the Women's Sports Foundation. On a side note, Kassidy has quite the sense humor and is a self-proclaimed "people person." She has an infectious laugh with the personality to boot. She is an avid reader,
